What does the Customer Protection Program covers? Purchase of goods that are subject to delivery and do not violate the policies of HalalBank. Customer Protection Program covers cases when the product or service is not as described, it doesn't cover cases when a buyer change their mind.
In order to be included in our Vendor Protection Program, you will need, among other factors, keep a record of claims and refunds. Receive less than 100 claims and refunds in the past 30 days and less than 1 % of your total online sales.
